Why does it take about 8 rings before I get an automated recording to be able to
leave a message for Tech Support?

Our phone line is currently set to hunt down the next available person to answer
your call. Since our Tech Support team uses a round-robin system such that if
person A is not available, call goes to person B, then C, then D. After that, the
call bounces back to voice mail allowing you to leave a message. Once you leave
a message, the system then forwards your recorded call into an email format so the
entire Tech Support Team will each get a copy of your call. Though it may seem a
little frustrating, our backend system is very sophisticated and smart and we do get
back to each customer very quickly.

| Why are there two Tech Support teams?
|
We support two areas of IT (web and desktop) and are currently served by two different
skill sets. With this, we had to assign specialists for each data center environment.
Tech Support I supports Data Center I and handles web-related calls, web sites, servers
and web applications. Tech Support II supports Data Center II. This team handles all
desktop and network issues of our SOHOsmart product line.

Can you provide a service that will make our business compliant in our
industry, state and federal laws on information security?

We offer an Information Security Policy Manual that has a checklist of the items
required for each aspect in handling information for each industry, including state
and federal laws. Once you have our Manual, we can send an IT staff to follow
through with the processes required to be compliant. They are available on an
hourly basis or on a per-project basis. Or, you may use your own IT person to
follow thru with the documentation to complete your compliancy requirement.
