Why does it take about 6 rings before I get an automated recording to be able to
leave a message for Tech Support?

Our phone line is currently set to hunt down the next available person to answer
your call.  Since our Tech Support team uses a round-robin system such that if
person A is not available, call goes to person B, then C, then D.  After that, the
call bounces back to voice mail allowing you to leave a message.  Once you leave
a message, the system then forwards your recorded call into an email format so the
entire Tech Support Team will each get a copy of your call.  Though it may seem a
little frustrating, our backend system is very sophisticated and smart and we do get
back to each customer very quickly.

How do I pay you via Paypal?
Simply email us at office@verdigrid.com to request for a Paypal link.  It will be
emailed to you and instructions will be sent in the email how to enter payment
electronically.
