Compliance and Compatibility
There are many state and federally mandated compliance requirements. Below is a list
of our products and services and how each are compliant respectively.
HOSTED EXCHANGE MAIL SERVICE
If you need an email archiving solution that adheres more closely to SEC and NASD
requirements, we offer email encryption and compliance regulations available only through
our Hosted Exchange Mail Service under the Business Class Email product. This web-based
Microsoft Exchange Mail service can be simply turned on for an additional monthly cost and
is covered under SEC, NASD, Sarbanes-Oxley, and NYSE and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
HIPAA Compliancy Service is available on a project basis only.
SOHOsmart
For the SOHOsmart platform product, we are currently working on a due dilligence manual
to document our product's universal compliancy in the Protection of Personal Information laws
that are active in various states to include Massachusetts, Connecticut, Nevada and California.
SugarCRM
SugarCRM is a certified licensee of the TRUSTe® Privacy Program and abides by the EU Safe
Harbor Framework as outlined by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Union.
ACCRISOFT FREEDOM
Protection of Personal Information policies do not apply currently to the Accrisoft Freedom product
as it is simply a web site content management system whereas data is made to be available to
the public.
E-COMMERCE
ShopSite has been certified to conform to the standards established by the major credit card
processing companies.
ShopSite version 8.1 was the first version of ShopSite to be audited and certified to be in
compliance with the PABP requirements.
ShopSite version 10 has been audited and certified to be in compliance with the
PABP/PA DSS requirements.
BLOG
WordPress is striving for Section 508 compliance. This regulation is the Federal agencies requirement
to make distribution of electronic and information technology accessible to people with disabilities.
VERDIGRID
We are currently working on a due dilligence manual to document our compliance with all
state and federally mandated requirements.
VERDIGRID.COM
Verdigrid.com uses internal products and services that Verdigrid currently sells to its customers.
This allows us to become firsthand users of our products, too. Therefore, the website's data, backend
interface, and our own customer data all follow mandated requirements in compliance with state and
federal laws.
Verdigrid.com is MAC, PC and Linux compatible and has been tested on Internet Explorer, Safari and
Firefox. Verdigrid.com has been tested for mobile accessibility on iPhone. Verdigrid.com has not been
tested yet for audio browsing.
