Our Company History

Our company was established in 1998 as Soho Website, a web design company that provided web site services and email support to SOHO (small office/home office) businesses.
In 2000, Soho Website merged with two partners to form Box21.
Box21 was created to develop two web-based business applications. Navio (CMS), a Content Management System and Crescent, an order tracking system.
In 2003, as part of an acquisition by Endeavor Services Group - an IT Services company, BOX21 became Endeavor Service Group's E-Business Dept. Endeavor also developed a new product called SOHOsmart, a platform solution for SMBs.
In 2008, Verdigrid acquired Endeavor Services Group’s SMB customers. Soho Website’s founder, now the founder of Verdigrid, expands options available for small businesses and introducing more advanced web-enablement solutions. Hence, Verdigrid was created.
In 2009, Verdigrid launched two Tech Support Centers in Atlanta, GA and San Jose, CA to provide support for its SMB customers nationally and data centers in Dulles, VA, Fort Worth, TX and Marlboro, MA.
Today, Verdigrid along with its technology partners, collaborate in providing various SaaS and infrastructure offerings: Accrisoft Freedom, Business Class Email Hosted Exchange 2007 and SugarCRM Professional. All these service products have been widely used by hundreds of users nationally, and they continue to help many small businesses today. Verdigrid hopes to do the same for you.
